As a main contractor we take full responsibility for the project from the initial design concept through to the project completion. We bring in our tried and tested sub contractors and supply chain as and when needed who work under our management for the duration of the work

Merv has successfully run his own business for over 25 years and has a reputation for being meticulous about site organisation and operations. Originating from a trade background he has a wealth of practical knowledge and experience built up over the years yet still welcomes a challenge.
Warren
Warren has spent most of his career working as a Commercial Director for a main contractor for the last 20 years and brings a vast wealth of knowledge to TEC. He pays particular attention to pre-construction activity to ensure that things are right first time every time and oversees valuations and cost control.
