Side extension which included extending the existing dormer structure and coverings to match the existing construction. New footings and ground floor slab were poured before the external walls were extended to match the original brickwork. Render was applied and painted to the dormer and gable end to match the main house. Everything externally was finished off with a new set of aluminium bifold doors to provide natural light to the extension.
Internally all of the existing plumbing and electrics were extended. Our works included everything to a plastered finish with doors, architraves and skirting all installed but left ready for decoration directly by the client.
