A unique project in many ways. Our remit was to refurbish and adapt the existing property to provide disabled access throughout. The works included structural alterations, widening of internal and external door openings, the installation of both internal and external disabled access lifts, and fitting out a specially adapted bathroom.
Externally we upgraded external lighting and security systems, re-graded and renewed the patio areas and totally overhauled and refurbished the existing swimming pool.
